The founder of the Silver Pot endeavors to apply her experience in seafood hotpot over the past 18 years to traditional Chinese cuisine. Combining seafood with seasonings exclusive to Sichuan cuisine, Silver Pot innovatively rolls out the seafood-based fusion cuisine by Michelin standards. Here, the dishes are served in the form of micro-landscape, an approach full of creativity and fashion that aims to hand down the traditional Sichuan flavor to future generations through a modern means.
Varieties of VINEKO furniture are placed on the balcony of the restaurant, where off-white VITO sofas shaped in straight, square contours and the plain, elegant Eliza armchairs are arranged to form a rather modern outdoor environment featured by few adornments yet good taste.
